Spatial Proteomics

From Fragmented Cohorts to a Spatial Proteomics Reference Atlas

, , ,

To help spatial proteomics move beyond fragmented cohort releases, we built spora: a publicly available collection that harmonizes 35 cohorts through standardized file formats, marker names, and metadata. With tools for data loading, preprocessing, and integrating new datasets, spora supports AI method development and biological research across technologies, tissues, and marker panels.

Virtual Tissues: Harnessing Spatial Proteomics for Biological Research and the Clinic

, , ,

The complexity of cancer as a disease is in large part driven by its heterogeneity: No two tumors are alike. This heterogeneity manifests itself not only within the individual cancerous cells in terms of their genetic and epigenetic diversity, but also at the scale of the tissue. Cancerous tissues vary enormously between patients, between disease
